  Did come right out and replace the motor on my unit about 4 months ago. However the fan blades got bent during the installation of the motor. The technician bent them back and left them wobbling. Then told me that it wouldn't hurt anything to leave them that way. The blades broke and twisted the wires ruining the new motor that was supposed to have a warranty on it. I tried calling 4 times and the line would go dead. I ended up having to get another company to come out and fix the unit. However text messages were accepted and I was told that the blades were not bent or replaced and because I had to get another company to fix the unit and replace the motor Wilkes refuses to warranty the motor or replace it. Horrible business practices.
